GENERAL SET-UP FEES:

per film: 
$5 for films up to 13" x 19"
$10 for films up to 15" x 23"

per screen:
$25 for image size up to 13" x 19"
$30 for image size up to 15" x 23"

art prep:
$50 per hour (30 mins and under is complimentary)

(each color in your design will require one film and one screen)


BASIC PRINTING:

plastisol printing: 
most commmonly used and best for light ink on dark apparel

6-18 shirts:       $3.00 sinlge color + 25¢ each additional color
19-75 shirts:     $2.50 single color + 25¢ each additional color
76-132 shirts:    $2.25 single color + 25¢ each additional color
133 & up:          $2.00 single color + 25¢ each additional color

(light colors printed on dark shirts will need an underbase and will be charged as an extra color)

waterbased printing: 
a more eco-friendly alternative to plastisol inks which results in a softer feel to the finished garment.

6-18 shirts:      $3.00 sinlge color + 50¢ each additional color
19-75 shirts:    $2.50 single color + 50¢ each additional color
76-132 shirts:   $2.25 single color + 50¢ each additional color
133 & up:         $2.00 single color + 50¢ each additional color

light colors printed on dark shirts will need an underbase and will be charged as an extra color


EMBELLISHMENTS AND COMMON EXTRAS:

foiling:
heat transfered metallic foil in a varity of colors - can be entire image or used as accents. 
$1.00 per shirt 

cloth tags: 
generic size tags or tags you supply can be sewn into garments with optional old tag removal.
50¢ per shirt.

color matching / pantone color matching: 
$20.00 per color 

ink color change:
$15 per ink change

press re-set: 
$15 per re-order

additonal images: 
such as a slogan on sleeve or back will be charged a re-up fee 
$1.00 each shirt + 25¢ for each addtional color in design.

Screening can be done on a variety of apparel such as shirts, pants, hoodies, underwear, 
bags, etc.  We have a large catalog of high quality popular brands such as American 
Apparel, Alternative Apparel, Hanes, Bella, Next Level, and many more.  We're happy to 
extend our wholesale prices to you.
